These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products ("Site") available at [creatorsforhumanity.com].

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Site. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. About Us

Creators for Humanity is a nonprofit initiative of Power Progress Action Fund, a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. We donate net proceeds from merchandise sold on this Site (“Proceeds”) to other social welfare and charitable organizations engaged in democracy protection, climate justice, LGBTQ+ rights, immigration advocacy, and more (“Partners”).

2. Merchandise and Fulfillment

We use Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider, to produce and fulfill all merchandise orders. When you place an order through our Site:

  • Your order details (including name, shipping address, and product selection) are securely shared with Printful to fulfill your purchase.

  • Printful is responsible for printing, packaging, and shipping your order directly to you.

  • Production and shipping times vary; Printful will provide estimated timelines and tracking information once your order is processed.

Creators for Humanity is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or fulfillment issues beyond our control once orders are transmitted to Printful.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. You must provide accurate billing and contact information when placing an order.

Sales tax may apply to your order depending on your shipping address and applicable local laws.

4. Use of Funds

While Proceeds from product sales support our Partners, purchases on the Site are not tax-deductible. You are purchasing merchandise, not making a charitable or other gift.

We maintain discretion and control over all Proceeds, ensuring they are stewarded responsibly and distributed to Partners in alignment with our mission: supporting grassroots organizations fighting for justice and equity.

95% of net proceeds will be distributed to the Partner(s) listed in the product description.  We retain 5% to ensure Creators for Humanity can continue operating and supporting communities.

However, Partners must be eligible to receive Proceeds at the time of disbursement.  A Partner may not be eligible if it is no longer a valid 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) organization.

5. Returns and Exchanges

All items are made to order via Printful and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at [orders@power-progress.org] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can work with Printful to resolve the issue.
